Health and safety at work:
We follow all statutory obligations in the field of health and safety at work. Accordingly, we regularly carry out employee training in the field of health and safety at work, as well as fire safety. Each work unit has a sufficient number of employees who are trained to offer first aid.
Prohibition of child & forced labor :
We act strictly against any use of forced labor or any labor less than 18 years of age. Child labor perpetuates poverty, illiteracy , unemployment, population growth and other social problems. Child slavery is a crime against humanity. Humanity itself is at stake here.
Minimum wages and benefits :
We pay at least the minimum total compensation required by local law, including all mandated wages, allowances and benefits.
Prohibition of discrimination :
We pay and promote on the basis of their ability to do the job, rather than on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs. Love is true essence and it has no limitations of caste, religion, race or nationality. Every persons in our organization deserves freedom and there is no enemy such as slavery, that deprives a man or a woman.
Working conditions & Women safety
We provide our employees with the adequate working conditions, free from sexual harassment , bullying and comply with all applicable worker safety laws and regulations. The role of women in the development of society is of utmost importance. In fact, it is the only thing that determines whether a society is strong and harmonious, or otherwise.Women are the backbone of the society.
Forced & bonded labours
We ensure that all our workers voluntarily work for us and not threatened or intimidated to enforce employment, they are allowed to retain their rights and privileges.
Employee grievances
It is one of the important aspects of our business, we always ensure our HR department acts independent and unbiased with respect to the employer or the subject of the complaint.
